Want to go deeper into Albanian culture, beyond the typical Tirana walking tour? Join us on this guided Cultural Heritage Walking Tour at Albanian Night, where you can learn all about traditional Albanian craftsmanship, costumes and what life was like in the Albanian village!
This 20-minute enriching experience walks you through Tirana’s first-ever ethnocultural center, Albanian Night, where we created the Albanian Bazaar, Costume Hall and Oda e Zjarrit, all a two-minute walk away from Skanderbeg Square.
On this tour, a knowledgeable member of our staff will showcase the beautiful traditions of Albanian craftsmanship to you on the first floor. Afterwards, you’ll be led to our Costume Hall, a beautiful display of authentic Albanian costumes from every region of Albania – we even have the UNESCO World Heritage xhubleta for you to admire!
You will then go to Oda e Zjarrit, a traditionally-recreated Albanian village house, to enjoy a complimentary drink. You can take as many pictures and relax here as long as you’d like.
Please note that this is not a free Tirana walking tour – instead of providing people with a typical walking tour in Tirana that is donation-based, we wanted to give visitors to our cultural center the opportunity to access authentic Albanian costumes and to visit a traditional Albanian village house, right next to Skanderbeg Square.
